The Distribution Center in Wiskitki is located in the heart of Poland connecting the A2 motorway and national road No. 50. The strategic location connects east-west and north-south routes enabling not only domestic transportation but also quick access to European markets.
In addition, its proximity to the planned Central Communication Port (CPK) offers opportunities to use this infrastructure in the future. The facility is only 13 km away from the planned CPK.

FM Logistic is the owner of a warehouse in Wiskitki, which, in contrast to other logistics operators. This allows a great flexibility in the management and adaptation of the facility to the requirements of other industries. Warehouse can be expanded, modernized, and further automated.
Ultimately, the distribution center in Wiskitki will have a total area of 100,000 m², which will allow it to handle both large and smaller volumes as part of multi-client warehouse operations.

The automation used allows for the operation of various sales channels, both B2B and direct shipments to the end customer. The proximity of courier hubs reduces both last-mile delivery times and transport costs to further transshipment centers.
The dedicated co-packing zone
It currently covers 4,200 m2. For the needs of servicing other industries, the co-packing zone can be expanded or modernized according to customer requirements. After an initial consultation, our R&D department will plan the optimal solution for your product.
Domestic and international transport
We serve both the domestic and European markets. Our location in the center of Poland and our own network of transshipment warehouses in other locations in the country, including in southern Poland, allow us to plan the best distribution.
Green warehouse with LEED GOLD certification
The facility in Wiskitki has been equipped with 350 kWp photovoltaic panels, which enable the production of its own electricity, reducing the demand for energy from the grid and CO₂ emissions by 249 tons per year. In order to reduce energy losses, a proprietary solution in the form of special dock curtains and thermal insulation of the dock substructure has been implemented at the Wiskitki platform.
