The process of creating co-packing packaging developed by us includes all the elements and stages needed to implement the final product. We use 3D design software (Adobe Creative Cloud Graphic design software & ArtiosCAD Cardboard packaging design software), A dedicated project manager supervises the efficient coordination of the entire process, ensuring smooth communication and implementation. The solutions created in this way are flexible, optimal in production and tested to the full extent. We help our clients save time and money by simplifying decision-making processes and accelerating the operational implementation phase, avoiding delays and additional costs related to transport. FM Logistic takes over the task of cooperation with suppliers of packaging technologies and solutions. Our lean packaging design services are innovative and environmentally friendly.

2# Creation of a responsible supply chain model. VMI – Vendor Managed Inventory is a tool that integrates data from the customer/client, the logistics operator – co-packing and the packaging manufacturer. Based on data such as the customer’s production plan and the operator’s stock (FM), the manufacturer automatically generates production orders and supplies the co-packing with materials in the amount necessary to implement production plans, eliminating excess stock.
