Road toll

The road surcharge is a fee in accordance with applicable legal regulations, based on the regulations of the Council of Ministers on the collection of electronic road tolls for FM Logistic travel as part of the provision of transport services.

As part of the services provided, it is charged to distribution services in Poland based on the number of kilometers for which fees apply and is an average value corresponding to the costs associated with driving on motorways and national roads.

In accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers, as of 1 February 2026, the toll road network in Poland was expanded and the electronic toll rates in the e-TOLL system were updated.
